When nasal tip projection is needed, the Nasal Sheet can be used to support the tip by placing the Nasal Sheet between the medial crura of the alar cartilage and using it as a framework to support tip elevation. Care should be taken not to extend the height of the Nasal Sheet above the alar cartilage into the tip area.
