The new SST MCOI Implant combines the conical shape of the MCOI™ with the
exciting new smooth anterior surface and preformed suture tunnels found on the
SST Sphere. The conical shape provides additional volume posteriorly so that
each implant has the approximate volume of a 2mm larger diameter spherical
implant.
The smooth, porous anterior surface is designed to minimize the possibility
of late implant exposure, while the suture tunnels allow easy rectus muscle
attachment.
